This band formed from a set of roommates, Steven, Terry, and Keith. Keith was in Facade Burned Black at the time and took it on as a side band. Keith Practiced at Andrew's parents house and Andrew joined on bass. Keith H. was a former high school friend and Brian came on from Faceless on guitar. The band lasted less than a year.
